I was peeking the Graph API from Facebook to develop an application and I found that it is possible to use your profile picture (even if you update it regularly) everywhere you want to keep an updated picture to show like forums. Here are the links you should use when you are setting your image everywhere you want.

• Profile picture (50×50 pixels): http://graph.facebook.com/USERNAME/picture

• Profile picture (175 x 190 pixels): http://graph.facebook.com/USERNAME/picture?type=large

The USERNAME should be the name you choose for your profile. It could be your Facebook Profile ID but I’m sure you do not remember it (as any normal person anyway ).

Note: Beware that forums etc do not update your picture often or save this link as it as, most of the times gets replaced for the jpg picture that link the Facebook API so the updated-profile-picture-everywhere effect is killed.
